Common questions

Why did a truck disappear from my favorites?

Food trucks occasionally stop using the app or are removed for violating our guidelines. When this happens they are automatically removed from your favorites list. Keep exploring the map to find new favorites!

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Food Truck Beacon → Cancel.
On Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → tap your account icon → select "Delete Account." All your data will be permanently removed. Cancel your subscription first to avoid future charges.

My beacon isn't showing on the map

Check that location permissions are set to "Always" or "While Using the App" in your phone Settings. Toggle your beacon off and back on. Still having trouble? Email us.

I was charged after cancelling

Subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.
